Ahhh! I had a test today in American Government and had absolutely no idea about it. I got up to the third floor to see everyone waiting for the last class to get out of the room before we could go in, and they were all flipping through notes and a study guide and discussing this and that, and most of them, as far as I know, are in a speech class together that meets right before this class, so I figured maybe they were discussing something about speech. Nope, it sure was about the test that was today in Government.

So I sat down real quick and tried to flip through my notes as fast as I could, but everyone was talking really loudly about this and that and I couldn't concentrate too well, so I kinda just gave up as soon as the teacher walked in and started passing out the tests. Fortunately most of it was multiple guess, but there were 6 essays, and we had to answer 5. I'd been in class for 4 out of the 6, so I for sure knew most of the stuff for those, and pulled an answer out of my butt for the last one (I've been pretty good at doing that lately). Then I crossed out the last essay question and wrote in its place an apology for the terribleness of the test and that I'd missed the class when he mentioned we were having a test.

It strikes me as weird that we had a test so soon! Usually we cover quite a few chapters, and it takes over a month before we cover enough material for a test, but this was only two weeks! Which is only six class periods, and I'd missed 2 of them. Shit. That really sucked. And we have a final in 2-3 weeks, so I hope it's not comprehensive. I doubt it is.

Also, I got the teacher's signature for my Computer-based Learning and Technology class so that I can take it in the Fall, even though I'm not in the College of Ed. yet. I have to get one more for my Middle Level Methods class, but I guess the Dean of the College of Ed. isn't in until Thursday, so I have to wait. But I can register for all of my classes except that one now! I think I'm going to take the class Tuesday nights so I can watch Scrubs haha. I've been missing it all season this season! And I'll probably tell Kmart that I have class on Wednesday nights again so I can watch Lost. 'Cause I hate recording stuff. And work.

Anyway, this is getting long, I apologize. Hope everyone's week started out better than mine!
